Reliatus Behavioral Health is seeking a passionate and experienced *Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team! *I _Can be based anywhere in the South East Valley!_

n this field-based role, you will play a pivotal role in establishing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in the Southeast Valley of Arizona. You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other behavioral needs in their home environments.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Implement and supervise ABA therapy programs delivered by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
* Provide ongoing training and supervision to RBTs on the principles and practices of ABA therapy.
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the client's care.
* Collect and analyze data to track progress and ensure treatment effectiveness.
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports.
* Contribute to the development and growth of ABA services in the Southeast Valley.

Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
* Board Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
* Minimum 2 years of experience providing direct ABA therapy services.
* Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention development, and data analysis.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
* Valid Arizona Driver's License and reliable transportation.
