Reliatus Behavioral Health is a thriving and compassionate _*Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) *_center dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. We are seeking a driven and experienced Executive Director who is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our team and advance our mission of empowering children to reach their full potential. Position Summary:
The *Executive Director/BCBA* provides overall leadership and strategic direction for the center, ensuring the delivery of exceptional clinical services, efficient business operations, and a positive and supportive work environment. This role is responsible for the clinical oversight of all ABA programs, as well as the administrative and financial management of the center.
Responsibilities:
* Clinical Leadership:
* Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
* Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
* Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices in ABA.
* Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as needed.
* Monitor treatment fidelity and data collection.
* Stay current with research and advancements in the field of ABA.
* Administrative Management:
* Develop and manage the center's budget.
* Oversee human resources, including recruitment, hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures for the center.
* Manage billing and insurance processes.
* Oversee marketing and outreach efforts.
* Maintain strong relationships with community partners and referral sources.
* Leadership and Team Building:
* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Lead and motivate the team.
* Promote professional development and growth opportunities for staff.
* Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing feedback.
* Strategic Planning:
* Develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and development of the center.
* Identify and pursue opportunities for expansion and new program development.
* Monitor market trends and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

* Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)1 in good standing.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience providing ABA services to children with ASD.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
* Knowledge of Oklahoma state regulations related to ABA services.
* Strong clinical skills and experience in conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
* Experience with budget management and financial oversight.
* Experience with billing and insurance processes.
* Strong ethical and professional conduct.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with insurance companies and navigating reimbursement processes.
* Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
* Experience in marketing and outreach.
