*Job Summary*

As an X-ray Technician, you will play a crucial role in the medical field by assisting healthcare professionals in diagnosing and treating patients through the use of diagnostic imaging equipment.

*Responsibilities*
* Perform X-rays to create images for diagnostic purposes
* Operate and maintain imaging equipment
* Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to analyze imaging results
* Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality
* Follow protocols for radiation protection and safety

*Job Description*:
* X-ray tech comfortable working OR, ED, inpatient and portables. Must be willing to learn peds and neonates.
* Operate radiologic and fluoroscopic equipment. Evaluates images for technical quality.
* EMR: EPIC and Sectra, Equipment: GE, Phillips and CareStream.
* Assigned to a department by day but expected to float if needed

*Hours: *8hr days 7:30am-4:00pm

*Deal Breaker:*
* BLS and ARRT required.
* Graduated from a JRCERT/ARRT approved program.
* Minimum 1 year level 1 trauma experience or 2-3 years at a large bed trauma level 2 facility.

· Covid Vaccination card OR Religious/Medical exemption.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $52.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
