Preceptor/Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

ACCESS Family Care is dedicated to providing quality healthcare to our community. We are searching for a compassionate and flexible Floating LPN to join our team. You will support various departments, ensuring continuity of care across our facilities.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
Monitor patient health and record vital signs
Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans
Educate patients about health conditions and care practices
Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and timely documents of patient care activities
Adapt to different clinical environments and patient care needs
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Working closely with new hires, providing hands on training
Ability to work in all clinic locations as needed

Qualifications:
Current and valid LPN license in MO
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Flexibility to work in various clinical settings and adapt to changing patient needs
Ability to handle high-stress situations with compassion and professionalism
Reliable transportation for travel
