Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
Record patient history, vital signs, and other relevant information.
Perform routine lab test and sample collections.
Provide patient education and support.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
Coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

Licensed Practical Nurse license required or Medical Assistant Certification
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work in fast paced work environment
Basic computer skills and electronic medical records familiarity.
Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.
Previous experience in healthcare setting.
