Responsibilities:

Greet and prepare patients for examinations or treatments.
Obtain and document patient medical history, vital signs, and other pertinent information.
Assist healthcare providers during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
Perform basic laboratory tests and administer medications as directed by the provider.
Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and ensure accurate data entry.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment.
Provide patient education on treatments, medications, and post-care instructions.
Ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications:

Certification or Registration: Current certification or registration as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent), preferred
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited medical assistant program.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual, preferred
