* Oasis E - after Jan 2023 experience is required
* No no more than 1 year gap
* All documentation due same day
* Homecare Homebase (Productivity points, minimum average26-28)
* That could mean 3 people or 7 people
* About 20-25 cases per week. 5-7points per day
* Absolute must - true home health experience, Oasis documentation

* Once a week they have to go into the office (Usually Tue, Wed and Thur). Mandatory in person
* Hours: Branches are open 8am - 5pm, they may have patients who want to be seen before or after.
* Homecare Homebase MUST be completed at the patients home.
* *Absolute must - true home health experience, Oasis documentation*
* Mileage will be reimbursed at .67/per mile
