Required Certifications: BLS and WI PT license. Must obtain NPI number if candidate does not already have it.
Minimum Experience: General PT/ Ortho skills. outpatient experience.
Charting Experience: Epic Preferred
Unit Specific Skillset: 8-10 patients. outpatient
Business Casual Attire.
