Responsibilities:

- Perform laboratory tests and procedures, including but not limited to ELISA, immunoassays, and other diagnostic tests.

- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various tests and experiments.

- Ensure accuracy and precision in all laboratory processes and results.

- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.

- Maintain laboratory information management systems (LIMS) to track and manage test results.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely test results.

- Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of new laboratory techniques and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field.

- Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) preferred.

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and clinical laboratory practices.

- Proficiency in using laboratory information management systems (LIMS) for data management.

- Experience with ELISA, immunoassays, and other laboratory techniques.

- Familiarity with aseptic technique and proper handling of biological specimens.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
