*Job Duties & Responsibilities: Geriatric Primary Care / Internal Medicine MD / DO*
* Provide high-quality cost-effective medical care to the geriatric population..
* Comply with medical records and risk assessment documentation policies/procedures, quality initiatives and electronic medical record usage.
* Coordinate and cooperate as part of the patient care team with the center administration, peers, clinical and non-clinical staff
* Maintain appropriate patient records & satisfaction standards.

*Education & Experience: Geriatric Primary Care / Internal Medicine Physician MD / DO*

Medical degree from an accredited school
* Current valid state *MD / DO *medical license
* Board certification or eligibility with intent to certify required
* Current DPS and DEA certificates (or in progress)
* 1+ year experience preferred
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certified or specialty certification as required by department.
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
* Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities
