Leading established out-patient Medical Group in Lynchburg, Virginia needs an *Anesthesiologist Physician MD / DO*. Must be BC or BCE. $375k-$500k++, doe! Plus profit sharing! Full-time or Part-time. One year to partnership, if desired. Experience preferred but new grads welcome! *LOTS of PTO *which lends to a great work/life balance! *No nights, no weekends, no call, no holidays!*

*Job Duties & Responsibilities: Anesthesiology Physician MD / DO CRNA*
* Provide high-quality cost-effective medical care.
* Comply with medical records and risk assessment documentation policies/procedures, quality initiatives and electronic medical record usage.
* Monitor anesthesia
* Coordinate and cooperate as part of the patient care team with the center administration, peers, clinical and non-clinical staff
* Maintain appropriate patient records & satisfaction standards.

*Education & Experience: Anesthesiology Physician MD / DO*
* Medical degree from an accredited medical school and completion of residency program
* Current valid state physician MD or DO medical license
* Board certification or eligibility with intent to certify required
* Current DPS and DEA certificates (or in progress)
* MD/ DO experience in *Anesthesiology *preferred.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certified or specialty certification as required by department.
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
* Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities
