Leading geriatric program is searching for an Outpatient Nurse Practitioner in Fresno, Ca. Full-time. *$125-$140k*+. Low patient load! Lively geriatric daycare program with full medical staff. Must be a highly enthusiastic, professional and compassionate!

*Job Duties & Responsibilities: Nurse Practitioner NP $125-$140k+!*

A successful team member will:

- Deliver medical care as a primary provider

- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Actively participate in weekly patient review meeting

- Effectively and efficiently complete treatment documentation

- Be able to work closely with all clinic staff to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and create a world-class clinical team.

*Education & Experience: Nurse Practitioner NP $125-$140k+!*
* Nurse Practitioner degree from an Accredited Program
* Current state NP license
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
* Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities
