Job Title : Customer Support Representative
Contract Duration : 6+ Months
Location : Marinette, WI
Work Type : Onsite
Job Description :
  • As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be in the office 5 days per week supporting the US, Canada, and Latin America and your hours will vary depending on what region you will be supporting.
  • You will execute all administrative tasks relating to the Fire Suppression parts and product and positively interact with customers both verbally and written.

Part of your day-to-day tasks include:
  • Customer Support Representative handles customer complaints
  • Review and close disputes with the collections team.
  • Follow up and coordinate internal resolution to customer complaints
  • Handle RMAs/credits
  • Manage cases in Salesforce.com

Job Requirements :
  • Problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage tasks effectively
  • Active Listening skills
  • CRM experience with Salesforce.com, SAP, and JD Edwards

  • Bilingual skills a plus
