Your Role as Sales Coordinator: As a Sales Coordinator, you'll provide critical support to the Sales & Marketing team, helping to establish relationships with clients, coordinate events, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You'll be a key contributor to the success of the hotel's pre-opening and ongoing sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage sales leads, proposals, contracts, and follow-ups.
- Maintain client databases and organize sales reports.
- Support the planning and execution of events, meetings, and site tours.
- Communicate with clients and team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in marketing initiatives, including social media and promotional materials.
Experience and Skills What We're Looking For: - Previous experience in hospitality sales or event coordination is preferred.
