Title: Sr. HR Coordinator

Duties
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Support data collection and research efforts related to HR metrics and analytics.
- Utilize HR software such as Ceridian and ADP for payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee record management.
- Collaborate on organization design initiatives to enhance team structure and efficiency.
- Participate in succession planning efforts to identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
- Facilitate change management processes by communicating updates and supporting employees through transitions.
- Oversee project management tasks related to HR initiatives, ensuring timely completion of objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and best practices.
- Strong skills in interviewing candidates effectively.
- Knowledge of organization design principles and succession planning strategies.
- Experience with contract management related to employment agreements or vendor services is a plus.
- Excellent project management abilities, with a focus on delivering results within deadlines.
- Strong research skills for data collection and analysis to support HR decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
