We are working with a dynamic and fast-growing healthcare services company seeking a VP of Marketing to help drive significant growth over the next several years. This hands-on, execution-focused role is based in Naperville, IL (4-5 days in-office, with hybrid considered for select situations).

Key Responsibilities
- Demand Generation : Develop and execute strategies to drive growth. Build marketing collateral and craft messaging with the CEOs support.
- Omnichannel Marketing : Execute campaigns targeting small B2B audiences through online and digital-first channels, with a focus on hard-to-access audiences like small healthcare practices.
- Sales Enablement : Collaborate with teams to create sales-focused strategies that resonate with small businesses, particularly doctors offices.
- Resource Management : Recruit and manage contractors, and deploy cost-effective marketing tools (including AI-driven solutions).
Requirements
- Industry Expertise : Experience in healthcare marketing (a must), ideally targeting small to mid-sized practices. Strong familiarity with nuances and marketing to small b2b healthcare businesses.
- Expertise in omnichannel campaigns (PPC, email, digital automation).
- Strong background in demand generation.
- Ability to execute in lean environments with a resourceful, hands-on approach.
- Tech-Savvy : Experience leveraging marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and exploring AI platforms like Jasper or ChatGPT.
- Mindset : Scrappy, creative, and proactive with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
- Bachelors Degree
- 7+ years of professional work experience
Compensation: The target base salary is $175-225k with annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.
