Reporting directly to the President, U.S., this pivotal role is integral to achieving long-term growth objectives, with the potential to influence global marketing strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesContact Centers : Manage teams focused on inbound call handling, lead funneling, and conversion to clinics.Branding : Define and implement a unified brand identity in collaboration with global teams.Digital/Omnichannel Marketing : Oversee integration of digital platforms into a cohesive brand presence, balancing online and in-store customer engagement.Lead Generation : Drive direct mail campaigns, third-party partnerships, and other initiatives to boost clinic foot traffic.Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals and foster collaboration across functional teams.Measure and improve marketing performance through lead generation and clinic visit metrics.Serve as a key member of the executive team, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance marketing execution.Key QualificationsIndustry Expertise: Proven success in the healthcare market, with experience in sectors such as audiology, vision, dental, or other retail healthcare industries.
