We are seeking a Receptionist for our client in the Baldwinsville area. The Receptionist will provide exceptional customer service, creating a Best-in-Class experience for both external and internal customers, callers, and visitors. This role is integral in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all visitors and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visitor Experience:
- Greet and direct visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer the door, provide visitors with refreshments, and ensure they feel welcome.
- Provide necessary PPE and paperwork to visitors when touring the facility.
- Candidate and Applicant Support:
- Greet candidates and applicants, distribute applications as requested, and ensure candidate assessments are completed.
- Contact interviewers to ensure timely and professional scheduling and relocation of candidates to appropriate interview locations.
- Answer questions and escalate inquiries to HR or the appropriate interviewer when needed.
- Reception Duties:
- Manage a multi-line telephone system, answer calls, take accurate messages, and screen calls.
- Direct calls and provide information in a professional manner to the relevant personnel.
