Business Development Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving new business growth and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Sales Acquisition:
•Identify, qualify, and prioritize potential clients through proactive
•outreach, networking, and industry research.
•Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, including cold
•calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
•Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
•Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the value
•proposition of our agency services.
•Conduct effective sales meetings and product demonstrations.
Relationship Management:
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
•Provide exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations.
•Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Market Analysis:
•Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and client
•needs.
•Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Sales Reporting:
•Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
•Prepare accurate and timely sales reports.
•Forecast future sales and revenue.
Requirements:
•8+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the
•advertising or marketing industry.
•Proven track record of successfully closing deals and exceeding sales
•targets.
•Strong understanding of the advertising and marketing landscape.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•Self-motivated and results-oriented.
•Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
In the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, additional days as required.
