We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Technician to join our Power Electronics & Energy Storage manufacturing team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, increase product performance, and enhance manufacturing productivity.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers to develop, test, and validate new manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure efficient production of high-quality products
- Install, qualify, and validate new equipment to meet quality and manufacturing standards
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to boost productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality
- Create and maintain accurate process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and process flow diagrams
- Troubleshoot manufacturing process issues, collect and analyze data, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Train and support manufacturing staff on new processes and equipment
Requirements - 3+ years of experience as an engineering technician in an automated/semi-automated high-volume manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in common workplace software (Microsoft Office, Visio, Access, etc.) and utilizing SQL queries to access the database and pull reports
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in a technical field, such as Mechanical Engineering or a related field, preferred; or equivalent experience
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, with ability to collaborate across teams
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies a plus

Expected Compensation
$33.60 - $56.40/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
