Job Description: Job Responsibilities - Responsible for managing the entire real estate closing process, including compliance with, lender instructions, balancing closing instructions, communication with the lender, title requirements, company requirements and other written instructions
- Balance, schedule, compile closing documents with lender and title packages
- Understands how own team integrates with related teams to accomplish objectives
- Impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team through own work
- Recognizes and solves atypical problems that occur infrequently
- Evaluates and selects solutions from existing precedents or procedures
- Communicates and explains complex information, including interdependencies within the team and others
- Works under limited supervision, exercises time management, while meeting the goals and task assigned of all integrated workflow from the lender in a timely manner.
- Individual contributor acting as a resource for less experienced team members; does not have supervisory responsibilities
