Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Process invoices, expense reimbursements, and manage mail logistics.
- Coordinate meeting and event logistics, including scheduling conference rooms and travel arrangements.
- Manage contact and file information using the firms workflow and CRM systems.
- Document Management:
- Create, edit, and format legal documents, ensuring adherence to firm standards.
- Perform document conversion, hyperlinking, transcriptions, and fillable form creation.
- Quality Control:
- Proofread and revise documents to ensure accuracy, grammar, formatting, and client-specific standards.
- Customer Service:
- Act as a point of contact for clients and internal teams, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
- Collaborate with other administrative teams to maintain seamless workflows and deliver exceptional service.
