Their ideal candidate will come from a Public Company, have experience building KPI and Power BI dashboards in a corporate FP&A environment.401K Company MatchMedical, Dental, Vision, and Disability CoverageResponsibilities:Direct company-wide weekly, monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process, managing the annual operating plan.Develop KPIs and dashboards to guide insight into financial efficiency in all areas of the business and drive action.Building dashboards within BI tools to enable the delivery of meaningful, actionable business insights.Lead and support the alignment of the FP&A Operating Model across the site, leveraging best practices across the organization to drive consistency among sites.Perform financial modeling for key investment decisions and corporate development.Prepare annual budgets and forecasts for functional departments as well as review of financial performance against targets.Own and enhance the monthly management reporting framework to measure, monitor, and analyze financial results, including creating and enhancing relevant KPIs.Direct the execution of various strategic and business analyses and drive cross-functional initiatives involving employees from across the organization.Coordinate activities with accounting to ensure seamless interaction between financial reporting and financial planning & analysis.Update and maintain the financial plan, working with key stakeholders to capture key inputs and changes, including updating the plan with monthly actuals and carrying out quarterly updates of forecast.Collaborate within and across the organization on key company-wide initiatives and to support the Finance transformation roadmap.Produce and deliver in a timely manner all general support requests, operational requests, schedule & ad-hoc reports under tight deadlines.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent directly related work experience.Public Company experience required.Investment Banking experience preferred.Public Accounting experience preferred.Systems Experience such as Power BI, Anaplan, Adaptive, SAP, MS Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Sage 300, Acumatica, Oracle, Workday, MS Business Central, JD Edwards, MS Dynamics GP or Intacct all deemed good.Advance knowledge and understanding of GAAP financial reporting standards.Eye for details – attention to quality and accuracy is of paramount importance in this role.Seniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAccounting/Auditing, Finance, and Strategy/PlanningIndustriesStaffing and Recruiting, Retail, and Wellness and Fitness Services#J-18808-Ljbffr
