Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Onboarding / New Hire Orientation.
- Collecting and verifying I-9s.
- Communications New Hire & Stakeholders.
- Offboarding.
- Maintain Employee Records.
- HR Systems Support.
- Provide training and consultation regarding system issues & transactions.
- Data Integrity / Audits.
- Compliance.
- nswer general HR questions from employees and managers.
- Day-to-day inquiries, including policies and procedures.
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, Facilities, Payroll, etc.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes.
- Escalate, as appropriate.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of progressive HR experience required.
- Strong project and process management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong customer service, critical thinking skills, and ability to see the big picture.
- Experience on a globally distributed, matrixed team.
- Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures.
- Workday HCM experience required.
- Compliance experience is a plus.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- HR experience in high tech, finance/banking, or medical industries strongly preferred.
- Bachelors degree in business, HR or related field or equivalent.
