Job Summary:
The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, answer calls, and provide administrative support to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
• Schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate office operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
