We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Assistant to join our dynamic team in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage inquiries, and resolve issues while ensuring a positive experience for our clients. You will work closely with the customer support team to maintain high levels of satisfaction and improve our service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions, troubleshooting, and inquiries.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient problem resolution.
  • Identify and provide feedback on common customer concerns to improve service quality.
