We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or Anesthesiologist Assistant (AA) to join a growing anesthesia team just south of Tifton, Georgia area. Job Responsibilities of the CRNA/AA:
Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, or therapeutic procedures.
Monitor patients during procedures and adjust anesthesia as necessary to ensure safety and comfort.
Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments, including patient history, physical exams, and risk evaluation.
Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans.
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Participate in the post-anesthesia recovery process, evaluating patients and managing any complications.
Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards in the delivery of anesthesia services.
Support the training and education of students and new team members, as needed.
Position Highlights:
Schedule:
Monday through Friday with 6:30 AM start time.
Rotating off schedule as cases/rooms close.
Call: Required on weekdays only, 1:6 to 1:9 rotation.
Requirements for the CRNA/AA position:
Education: Completion or upcoming completion of CRNA/AA school.
Licensure:
CRNAs: Georgia Board of Nursing License and NBCRNA certification.
AAs: Georgia AA license.
