Job Summary: Registered Nurse (RN)

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing direct patient care, educating patients and families, and supporting care transitions across various settings. The RN will work within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model, ensuring the planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Leadership responsibilities include mentoring, preceptorship, and participation in quality improvement efforts. The RN will also delegate tasks based on skill level, acuity, and available resources.

*Minimum Requirements:*
* Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ACEN or CCNE).
* Current RN license.
* BLS certification (must remain valid for at least 3 months post-start date).
* Additional certifications may be required based on the work area.

*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Experience in specific care settings or additional certifications (e.g., ACLS).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
