Overview:
Due to growth, we are now hiring a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics position in Mashpee, MA. Full-time candidates are preferred, 40 hours per week area available. Candidates with 2 days of availability with 12 hours of availability will also be considered.
Staff-level PT positions are available in Mashpee,Hyannis, and Osterville.
Clinic Director positions are available in Hyannis, providing 90% Direct Patient Care and 10% Managerial Duties.
Caseload / Patient Population:
The Physical Therapist hired will work with a variety of orthopedic diagnoses, pre and post-operative patients along with many types of fitness levels for conditioning and injury prevention. There is an on-site warm water pool and a full fitness center. Some focus on balance / vestibular.
Our ideal candidate is an empathetic team player with skills in manual therapy. Mentorship is available. If hired for this role, the team will ensure that you are fully comfortable.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time or part-time position. Full-time hours are available. Candidates with part-time availability will be considered. The clinic is open Monday Friday from 7am to 7pm and Saturday from 8am to 1pm. Saturdays are not required, some PTs like the additional hours.
The work schedule will be mutually determined based on the preference and availability of the candidate hired. The clinic is willing to offer a 4-day week if desired for full-time.
Most full-time PTs work 3 "early" shifts and 2 "late" shifts. Part-time would be 2 non-consecutive days at least 6 hr shifts. No required weekends / no holidays.

Pay Benefits:
A brand-new grad can expect to receive a yearly salary in the ballpark of $80,000 for the staff-level role. The clinic director can expect a yearly salary in the ballpark of $100,000. The compensation package will increase based on the experience of the candidate hired.
Within this role, you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package (depending on full-time vs part-time) including medical and dental insurance, a 401k retirement plan with company match, paid time off, continuing education, free fitness membership, a student loan program, and more. Youll work with a dedicated team of PTs that include clinical specialists in Sports and Orthopedics, and participate in and lead continuing education in-house and outside.
Job Requirements:
Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).
Eligible for Massachusetts state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered. Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week area available.
Part-time candidates with 12 hours and 2 weekdays of availability will also be considered.
Some prior work experience as a PT is appreciated but not required for the staff-level roles.
New Grad PTs will be welcomed and supported.
For the Clinic Director role, 3 years of previous experience are required.
