Overview:
Elite Therapy Solutions is expanding and currently hiring a Physical Therapist for our Outpatient Orthopedics clinic in West Chester, PA. This full-time role offers the opportunity to join a thriving private practice focused on patient-centered care. A brand-new graduate can expect a starting salary around $70,000, with higher compensation available for experienced candidates.

We are looking for a therapist who can naturally connect with patients and coworkers. Building strong relationships is a core value in our practice, and we provide mentorship and support for new graduates looking to grow their careers.

Caseload / Patient Population:
In this role, youll manage a general outpatient orthopedic caseload, with conditions including TMJ, headaches, neck and back pain, and sports injuries. Physical therapists at our clinic typically see 50-60 visits per week, offering a balanced and varied workload.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, 5 days per week (Monday - Friday)
• No weekends, no holidays
• Flexible work hours based on clinic needs and staff preferences
• Clinic hours: 7 am - 7 pm (Monday - Thursday) and 7 am - 4 pm (Friday)

Job Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
• Eligible for Pennsylvania state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• New Grads are welcome no prior experience required!
