• 1:1 patient scheduling with therapist-driven appointment times, ranging from 40-70 minutes.
• Opportunity to expand treatment to other areas of the body.
• Full-time candidates should expect to see approximately 8 patients per day.

Mentorship Opportunities:

• Outstanding 1:1 mentorship program with nationally recognized clinicians.
• Access to 14 CHT-trained clinicians with an average tenure of 11 years.
• Generous continuing education package, including in-house and national training.

Qualifications:

• Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Both full-time and part-time hours will be considered with a flexible schedule.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.

• Enjoy the freedom to grow professionally without the limitations of corporate structures.
• Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals committed to excellence in patient care.
• Employee benefits include:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
• 401K/Profit Sharing.
• Generous continuing education opportunities.
• Employee match program for charitable events.
• Local and national organizational dues and license renewal reimbursement.
