IT Asset Management Analyst

6+ Month Contract (potential to extend)

Houston, TX (hybrid: onsite Tu/W/Th)

My client is looking to bring in an IT Asset Management Analyst to join their team. This individual would be responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT assets, including hardware, software, licenses, and related resources. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with IT asset management tools and processes

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of IT assets, including hardware, software, licenses, and related resources.
• Ensure compliance with IT Asset Management policies, company policies, reduces risks associated with IT asset management, and maximizes value from IT investments.
• Essential functions and duties of this role include Asset Lifecycle Management, Compliance and Audits, Inventory and Reporting, Procurement and Vendor Management, and Process Improvement.
• Integrate ITAM tools with other IT systems, such as ServiceNow or CMDBs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in asset management or a related role.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with asset management systems and software. (e.g. Service Now)
