About The Role:

Our client, a dynamic leader in commercial flooring solutions, seeks a highly motivated Project Manager to join their expanding team.

As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in the successful execution of their flooring projects from start to finish. Your expertise in project management, coupled with your strong organizational abilities, will be essential in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do:

• Pre-installation: Collaborate closely with installation teams, GCs, and internal stakeholders to establish project timelines, expectations, and a clear path forward.
• Installation: Maintain meticulous project oversight, including quality control inspections, material management, and progress tracking.
• Closeout: Efficiently wrap up projects by finalizing punch lists, managing attic stock, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Additional: Demonstrate versatility by handling tasks such as moisture testing, material coordination, and claim management.

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in project management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2).
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• The ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Procore).
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel moderately.
