Ultimate Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager for a large Construction Company. This position requires 4+ years of Construction, HVAC/Plumbing and Mechanical Project Manager experience.

The Project Manager/ Project Engineer has the following duties which include safety of field personnel assigned to the projects, field labor productivity, quality assurance and coordination, project financial outcome, projections and reporting, material & equipment procurement, change order management, owner/client relations, project cash flow, and personnel management.

Direct Hire

Onsite and in the field

Monday-Friday

Salary- $120,000 to $150,000 DOE

Excellent compensation package -car allowance, cell phone, discretionary bonus etc..

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Mgmt preferrably in Mechanical Engineering

4+ years of related work experience -Plumbing/HVAC experience required in Commercial construction

Experience with Bluebeam Revu, Vista-Viewpoint, Quotesoft and MS Office

Must be able to drive to various work sites around San Diego

Position will require to be on the job sites as well as in office as required
