Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing a portfolio of strategic partnerships
- Serve as a point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries and facilitating communication.
- Primary PartsSource representative for named sites and stakeholders within partnership.
- Coordinate and support partnership projects from initiation through execution.
- Assist in developing account plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track project progress and ensure alignment with partnership goals.
- Work closely with program owners and cross-functional teams to support partnership activities.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners.
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations and reports for stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnership activities.
- Assist in preparing regular reports on partnership performance and outcomes.
- Manage partnership documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Provide administrative support to program owners as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in program management, with a focus on strategic partnerships.
- Proven track record of supporting large-scale partnership programs.
- Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and manage complex programs.
- Experience leading and managing teams within territory or region.
