Job Description
CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a dynamic and experienced Communications Manager to join a reputable client based in Grapevine, TX. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive marketing communications strategies. The ideal candidate will oversee internal and external communications, create engaging content, manage social media presence, and maintain relationships with manufacturer sponsors. Employment Type: Full time direct hire
Location: Grapevine, TX - onsite
Schedule: M-F during core business hours
Salary: $60-80K/YR
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Work across departments to support and align with marketing initiatives.
  • Work alongside graphic designers to create marketing materials, newsletters, and national advertisements.
  • Plan, design, and oversee the production of marketing collateral.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of national conferences, trade shows, and corporate events.
  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive strategic marketing communications calendar.
  • Coordinate internal communications, providing daily updates via the Extranet.
  • Create and distribute press releases, social media posts, and external communications materials.
  • Partner with manufacturer sponsors to meet communication needs and requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a communications or marketing position.
  • Knowledge and experience in the Automotive Aftermarket Industry are required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in both internal and external communications, from strategy development to implementation.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media management and content creation.
  • Proficiency in using email marketing platforms like Constant Contact, MailChimp, etc.
  • Proven experience collaborating across different business functions and engaging with various stakeholders.
