Sales Representative Mechanical & HVAC Engineering

Adecco is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to join a top Mechanical and HVAC firm in Gaithersburg. If you have experience in sales within HVAC, engineering, or construction and enjoy building relationships, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients (e.g., building owners, contractors, architects) through cold calling, networking, and other methods.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction from initial inquiry to project completion.
Sales Presentations & Proposals: Present services, create proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and provide ongoing client support.
Market Analysis & Sales Reporting: Stay informed on industry trends and report market insights. Use CRM software to track leads and meet sales targets.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree (preferred) in Business, Sales, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 3-5 years in sales within HVAC, mechanical engineering, or construction industries.
Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent communication, negotiation, and CRM software skills.
