Adecco is hiring immediately for a Sales Executive role with a local client in Metairie, LA! Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Type: Direct Hire

Pay: Salary $48,000 - $50,000 PLUS Commission PLUS Bonuses *Can expect to make $80,000 - $300,000+ Yearly

Shift/Hours: Monday Friday 8:00AM 5:00PM

90-day trial period of responsibilities: Sales Support and Project Management

Comprehension and facilitate the sales process by assisting with scheduling meetings, agency service and ensuring timely communications with clients, partners and sales agents.

Support the sales team by tracking project progress, shipping and managing customer interactions.

Monitor invoicing to guarantee that clients are billed accurately and payments are received on schedule.

Ensure communications for Manufacturer representative agencies are accurately calculated and distributed in a timely manner.

Support the preparation of financial reports as required for project management and invoicing purposes.

After 90 day trial period- Responsibilities

Recruit, motivate, train and support our manufacturers representative agencies through the sales process and cycle with their customers

A complete overhaul of our Social Media accounts, increase traffic and engagements on our website and social media

SEO, Website and Graphic Design. Oversee work by 3rd party SEO and 3rd party Social Media.

Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and new prospective customers. Perform cost-benefit analysis for existing/potential customers to meet their needs

Reach out to warm and cold leads by making outbound calls through CRM service and send follow up emails after each phone call

Create content for and distribute a monthly digital publication and newsletter

Design and create/update company catalogs, cut sheets and specification sheets

Expedite the resolution of customer challenges and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Provide sizing and product recommendations through product knowledge, and understand product differentiation's between competitors

Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales, and track market trends, and provide weekly status reports

Qualifications and Requirements

3 yrs. of proven marketing and sales experience; preferably in Lighting or Solar sales. Must be able to show results.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office products

Familiar with Google Ads, Social Media Platforms, Constant Contact. SEO experience a plus.

Familiar with CRM (Hubspot)

Ability to create and deliver presentations and advertisements tailored to the audience needs

BS/BA degree in Marketing or Business (Degree requirement can be waived depending on previous experience)

Pay Details: $48,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
