Position Overview:

  • Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to ensure market competitiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills with a demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with both clients and team members.
  • Strategic thinking with an ability to analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales goals.
  • Life and Health insurance license required upon hire.
