Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to exceed performance goals and drive growth.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and increase revenue.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Analyze market trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and/or management, with a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a commitment to personal and team growth.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required.
• A professional license in Life & Health is preferred, but support is provided through the licensing process for top candidates that are willing to obtain their license immediately.
