Overview:
The Office Administrator performs all activities necessary of clerical and administrative duties. These tasks include greeting clients, new hires, candidates coming into the office for interviews and managing the sites supplies and inventory. Since you will be the first person clients see as they walk through our door, we are looking for an individual who can maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for check-in activities on New Employee Orientation first day
- Manage and check in equipment delivered to the site
- On-site engagement support
- Print and display site communications
- Support client Visits
- Set up engagement activities
- Badge Creation and management of visitors on-site
- Manage site supplies and inventory
- Support training and operations with supplies and escorting visitors and new hires to their specific locations on-site

- 1-2 years experience as an office assistant/administrator
- Ability to support the Mission and Core Values of IBEX Global Solutions.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to partner with leadership and work within a team environment.
- Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Previous experience within a call center environment is preferred
- Ability to work on-site at our Pittsburgh/Monroeville area office
