Saint Urban is of a new generation of fine dining restaurants. It builds on classic framework of haute cuisine but strips out we feel is no longer relevant. We emphasize over-the-top hospitality  with a goal to create a guest experience so elevated and yet so comfortable, they have no choice but to return.  

We have a strong focus on wine, but in a new way; designing the food around the wine and focusing on specific old-world regions. We are as excited about sharing these wines at all price points, catering to guests at every stop along their wine journey. Our approach to wine may be the most compelling in the city; our method being wine first, with the food following. Our list is large, with over 3000 SKUs.

We are a small team working in a highly designed space to streamline and elevate service. We are always learning, even those of us with 30 years of experience, through our thoughtful mentoring.
