Bramble and Hare/Black Cat Farm, a Green Michelin Star restaurant, is seeking an experienced Level Two Sommelier to elevate our award-winning wine program. This role combines the responsibilities of a FOH Server and Sommelier, requiring the candidate to sell wine, manage tables as needed, and play an active role on the dining room floor.
We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for hospitality, teaching, and leadership. The mission of our sommelier is to craft unforgettable dining experiences while fostering a deeper connection between our guests and the wines we serve. Collaborating closely with chefs, farmers, and the rest of our team, the sommelier will guide nightly dinner service and enhance the synergy between our farm, the land, and our guests’ plates.
