Looking for a trustworthy and reliable housekeeper in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The ideal candidate should be experienced in basic house cleaning protocols.
I keep both bathrooms immaculate and require only the walk-in shower in the master bath to be scrubbed out well. Everything else in both bathrooms only require a quick wipe down.
2 of 3 bedrooms are not regularly occupied and require a “fluff up” and quick carpet vacuum (using my Dyson) to refresh them.
The kitchen requires counters, cabinets and appliances to be wiped down.
The den, living and dining rooms and master bedroom require dusting with all glass surfaces cleaned.
Three sets of sliding doors to patio throughout the home to be cleaned.
All ceiling fans to be cleaned monthly.
Windows need to be cleaned when requested every few months.
Cleaning and washing the tile floors throughout 80% of the home including the bathrooms is the MOST important part of this job. The floors CAN NOT have any sticky residue or streaks left behind when done. THOS IS NON-negotiable.
I DO NOT REQUIRE any laundry to be done, dishes to be washed or bed linens to be changed. No stove or refrigerators need to be cleaned out.
If the candidate is interested- I also need someone to clean the outside patio area and pool deck and screening as a separate paying job on occasion.
My budget allows for a starting minimum rate of 15.00 per hour adjusted if warranted to be determined after the initial cleaning plus tip if the job completed exceeds my expectations. This is a guarantee of 6 hours bi-weekly. I may be open to weekly service of 4 hours if the quality of work allows it.
