Background Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience in private insurance defense practice
• Practice areas of interest include personal injury defense, auto car accidents, slip and falls, general liability, publci entity defense 
• Taking depos, handling hearings or arguments
• Motions practice, dispositive motions
• Experience in state, federal and appellate courts
• Admitted in CA
