• Conduct legal research/analysis to develop successful case strategies in civil litigation matters.
• Handle a wide range of transactional matters such as business formations, general counseling, and trademark applications.
• Draft and review legal documents, including discovery, pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Represent clients in all court proceedings from case inception to appeal.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and fellow members of the firm.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends presenting opportunities and challenges to our clients.

Experience you will need:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
• Focus on law enforcement defense is a plus.
