Job Description What you will be doing: - Represent clients in complex labor and employment matters in both federal and state court.
- Prepare high-level executives for deposition and counseling.
- Advise key stakeholders on the effects of ongoing litigation.
- Argue dispositive motions.
- Prepare for arbitration and bench and jury trials, including voir dire and witness preparation.
- Engage in post-judgment motion practice.
- Collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced and collegial environment.
Experience you will need: - JD degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing of the State Bar of California.
- Minimum of 5 years of active litigation experience.
- Experience with motion practice, discovery disputes, and trial preparation.
- Strong labor and employment experience preferred.
- Business and real estate experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with court procedures.
- Significant litigation knowledge.
