Litigation Attorney

One of our top clients is seeking a talented and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex litigation, with a focus on product liability, asbestos exposure, personal injury, commercial litigation, and a variety of other complex disputes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct depositions, interviews, and other forms of discovery
• Prepare for and participate in trials, hearings, and mediations
• Manage all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, and client communication
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and paralegals

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• 2 years of experience in complex litigation
• Experience in product liability, asbestos exposure, personal injury, commercial litigation, and other complex disputes preferred
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills  
• Admission to the Washington Bar.
