This position will work directly with our clients and technical partners during the sales, installation, integration, and ongoing support processes. This person will oversee the development of our product and provide a competitive advantage through the quality of their work and the work of their team. The ideal candidate will be able to act independently and as part of a team to build rapport and credibility with our internal team and the markets we serve.You will have the following responsibilities:Software DevelopmentHands-on development of the productWork with external vendors to design, develop, integrate, test, deploy, and support the productDefine, design, and enforce software development strategy and methodologySelect appropriate technologies (languages, tools, platforms, etc.) for use in developing, accelerating, and deploying the productDefine, design, and refine architecture of the product to meet performance, security, maintainability, interoperability, stability, scalability, and marketability requirements of the productWork directly with the sales team answering technical questions related to product architecture, installation, integration, features, and functionality.Lead product installations and integrations acting as the liaison between internal resources, clients, and 3rd party vendors and partners.Coordinate with customer PACS, RIS, and IT personnel within to ensure successful deployment of our solutions.Manage project deadlines, technical and security requirements, and any other details to drive successful installationsProvide ongoing support to customers to effect configuration changes, ingest and manage support requests, provide a conduit for customer concerns or suggestionsWork closely with the Product Management team to help bring the voice of the customer to future versions of the softwareProvide full lifecycle management in compliance with contractual SLA for any technical issues that arise at our clientsUtilize project management skills to ensure comprehensive, on-time delivery of all installation and maintenance services ensuring compliance with all contractual SLA (Service Level Agreements)Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service throughout the customer engagement lifecycleProvide hands-on integration of the product with partners, licensees, and customersImplement, own, and manage all dev-ops for productCreate repeatable, documented tools and processes for integration and interfacesInformation SecurityDefine, document, and enforce an Information Security strategy, policies, and procedures to comply with all HIPAA and regulatory demands of customersDefine, document, and enforce a security strategy to lock down our IP in a way that prevents intentional or accidental exposureEnsure all data is secured, access is managed and tracked, and all procedures are in compliance with best practices as well as our quality management systemAs a c-level employee, work to help build a sustainable, rewarding, powerful culture that attracts and retains the best of the bestParticipate as a key member of the management team to help drive company and resource prioritization, guide company messaging and communications, and ensure compliance with our quality management system.Position Qualifications / Skills:15+ years software development10+ years in healthcare software 5+ years as a senior architect4+ year degreeExperience with SaMDExperience with DICOM and PACSAI-expertiseStartup mentalityExcellent project management and organizational skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to build trust and rapport quickly with customers and teamsSeniority level
