We're seeking an experiential marketer to join our Global Experiential + Industry Marketing team, focusing on leading, developing and executing immersive physical and digital brand experiences across consumer and retail events. As Head of Experiential Marketing on the Global Experiences team you will lead a strategy and execution supporting Meta's priorities and product launches with a demonstrated experience in understanding of established and emerging technologies, focused around our Reality Labs portfolio. You will deliver experiences that break through the noise and showcase our brand, innovative products and their experience to connect people in meaningful ways. You will leverage your experience working with technology and retail to drive relevant experiences and partnerships that are rooted in strategy.Responsibilities:Own and develop experiential marketing strategies for global events and activations centered around our Reality Labs portfolio, while delivering against key performance indicators with measurable results.Setting and executing against a strategy and leading best in class programs.Lead and drive highly nuanced cross-functional projects and experiences.Lead, both strategically and tactically, giving clear direction, taking frank feedback and enjoying the rapid pace of the business.Establish partnerships and relationships with production agencies, creative agencies and industry to bring strategic concepts to life.Drive 360-degree experiential marketing strategies aligning with Meta's product goals.Work with Decision Science team to define and report measurement metrics.Solve complex problems to align and drive cross functional teams against goals and objectives.Manage marketing and experiential budget with close collaboration with finance and planning partners.Lead long range planning, identify new opportunities, select and manage partners, vendors, contractors and other resources to achieve business objectives while delivering on budget.Exhibit executive Leadership presence and comfortably interface with different audiences across communications and presentations.Position includes frequent travel.Minimum Qualifications:10+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on experiential marketing and events.Established experience in fostering cross-functional working relationships in an organization to drive impact and influence change.Experience developing and producing innovative hybrid, multi-channel experiences.Large network of agency, partner, and vendor relationships.Direct experience managing business to consumer experiential programs.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in tech hardware, marketing technology, retail or media industry.Experience in brand marketing, experiential marketing, creative technology.Position includes frequent travel.$150,000/year to $211,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
